TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES


Shareholders are advised that Fortress has received notices, in compliance with section 122 of the Companies
Act, No 71 of 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto, that:

   - Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited, on behalf of its clients, has increased its beneficial
     interest in Fortress’ issued A ordinary shares to 6.62%;

   - Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited has decreased its beneficial interest in Fortress’ issued A
     ordinary shares to 2.326%; and

   - Resilient Properties Proprietary Limited has decreased its beneficial interest in Fortress’ issued A ordinary
     shares to 2.949%.
