NEPI PRICES A €400 MILLION UNSECURED CORPORATE BOND

NEPI’s wholly owned subsidiary, NE Property Coöperatief U.A. (“NEPC”), has closed the book build referred to in
the announcement released yesterday, 23 November 2015. NEPC has priced a €400 million unsecured 5.25 year
Eurobond maturing on 26 February 2021 (the “Bond”), carrying a 3.750% fixed coupon, with an issue price of
99.597%.

Moody's Investors Service has assigned the Bond a provisional Baa3 rating (stable outlook) and Standard & Poor's has
assigned a preliminary BBB- rating, both in line with NEPI’s corporate rating.

The Bond has been placed with a broad range of institutional debt investors across Europe. The net proceeds will be
used to refinance part of the existing secured and unsecured debt and for general corporate purposes including
acquisitions, as and when identified.
