REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sun International shareholders are advised that at the 31st annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders held
today, 23 November 2015, all of the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by
the requisite majority of votes. In this regard, Sun International confirms the voting statistics from the AGM as
follows:

CHANGE TO THE BOARD: RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Further to the notification to shareholders on 24 August 2015, shareholders are advised that Ms Bridgette Modise
has retired at the annual general meeting by way of rotation in terms of the Company´s Memorandum of
Incorporation as she was not available for re-election. Ms Modise has also retired as a member of the audit
committee. Ms Modise’s retirement from the Board and the audit committee is with immediate effect.
The Chairman and Board of Directors extends its appreciation to Ms Modise for her valuable contribution to the
group over her tenure.
