CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Anniruth Kissoonduth who was appointed as the interim Chief Executive Officer
(“CEO”) of StratCorp on 13 July 2015 has been appointed as the new CEO of the
Company with effect from 20 November 2015. Anniruth was appointed as the CEO
of Kusasa Healthcare Proprietary Limited during 1999. Anniruth also holds
directorships at Piranha Galleries Proprietary Limited and Campus Crusade for
Christ South Africa NPC. Anniruth is a non-executive director of Kose-Kose
Investment Limited.
Shareholders are further advised that Tumelo Given Ratau was appointed by the
Board on 20 November 2015 as the new Chairman of the Board and relieves
Anniruth of his duties as previous Chairman of the Board. Tumelo is a qualified
Chartered Accountant. Tumelo completed his training with the Auditor-General in
Pretoria after which he established LIDE Consultants and Chartered Accountants, a
financial consulting and auditing firm in 2009. He is also involved in several of the
government’s provincial interventions for local government. Tumelo served as non-
executive director of StratCorp from 16 August 2011 to 17 May 2013 and was re-
appointed in the same capacity on 28 June 2014. Tumelo is a non-executive
director of Kose-Kose Investment Limited.
Shareholders are further advised that Hendrik Jacobus (Jaco) Le Grange was
appointed as the Group Financial Director of the Company on 20 November 2015.
Jaco completed his B.Comm (Accounting) degree through the University of Pretoria
during 2002. After completing his SAICA articles through Ashton Chartered
Accountants, Jaco joined StratCorp during January 2006 as Financial Controller.
Jaco has since been working closely with the previous financial directors of
StratCorp for more than eight years in the capacity of Financial Manager and Group
Financial Manager and is familiar with the group’s structure and operations.
