(“the Land Bank”)

NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN PROGRAMME SIZE

Noteholders are advised that in line with its authority to do so
in terms of the provisions of the Programme Memorandum for its
ZAR10,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, the board
of directors of the Land Bank, on 1 April 2015, resolved to
increase   the   programme   size   from   ZAR10,000,000,000 to
ZAR20,000,000,000 (“Programme Size Increase”).

The Programme Size Increase was subject to certain conditions,
contained in the Programme Memorandum read with the Programme
Agreement, being met in addition to obtaining the approval of
the JSE Limited.

Noteholders are advised that all the relevant conditions have
been met and the requisite approvals obtained and, accordingly,
the Programme Size Increase is effective from 3 November 2015.
