APPROVAL FOR THE ISSUE OF UP TO 1 710 444 ATLANTIC LEAF SHARES AND THE ISSUE OF A SUPPLEMENT TO THE LISTING 
PARTICULARS


The board of directors (the “Board”) of Atlantic Leaf is pleased to announce that, on Friday, 20 November
2015, the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”) has approved
the issue and listing of up to 1 710 444 new Atlantic Leaf shares that may be issued to existing shareholders
who elect to receive a share distribution (previously referred to as ‘scrip dividend’ in the dividend
announcement released on 13 October 2015) in lieu of cash dividend. Further details relating to such
dividend election will be announced in due course.

As required by the Listing Rules of the SEM, copies of the Supplement to the Listing Particulars relating to
this further issue of shares and the Listing Particulars of the company, will be made available for inspection
for at least 10 business days as from Friday, 20 November 2015, during normal office hours (from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. Mauritian time) at the registered office of the company which is situated at c/o Intercontinental Trust
Ltd, Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.

Atlantic Leaf has its primary listing on the Official Market of the SEM and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
