Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company complied with the interim interdict and furthermore that the 30 days within which the applicants had to lodge an application to set aside the business rescue proceedings or apply for the winding-up of the Company, lapsed on 9 November 2015. Consequently, at the postponed creditors meeting which took place on 18 November 2015, the business rescue practitioners provided creditors with an update on the status of the business rescue and adjourned the meeting until 29 February 2016 (“adjourned meeting”). The revised Business Rescue Plan, which will be published in due course, will be considered at the adjourned meeting.
