Release of Annual Financial Statements and No Change Statement

Shareholders are advised that Coronation’s Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 September 2015, have been
released today and will be available in the shareholder
information section of the Company’s website
www.coronation.com within an hour of this release. These
statements contain no changes to the Company’s reviewed
preliminary condensed consolidated financial results for the
year ended 30 September 2015, which were released on the Stock
Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 10 November 2015.

The Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the notice of
Annual General Meeting of Coronation, will be available on the
Company’s website and distributed to shareholders on or about
9 December 2015. The notice of the Annual General Meeting
announcement will be released on SENS on the distribution
date.
