NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Clicks Group’s integrated annual report for the year ended 31 August 2015 has been published today
and is available on the group’s website www.clicksgroup.co.za. A printed copy can be requested
from the office of the company secretary at companysecretary@clicksgroup.co.za.
The integrated annual report and audited annual financial statements contain no changes from the
reviewed preliminary group results published on SENS on 22 October 2015. The annual financial
statements were audited by the group’s auditors, Ernst and Young Inc. Their unqualified report is
incorporated in the audited annual financial statements and is also available for inspection at the
group’s registered office.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at the registered
office of Clicks Group, corner Searle and Pontac Streets, Cape Town, on Wednesday 27 January 2016,
at 09:00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting which is available
on the group’s website and is being distributed to those shareholders who have not elected to
receive electronic communications. The record date for purposes of determining which
shareholders are entitled to participate in and vote at the AGM is 15 January 2016. The last date to
trade in order to be eligible to vote is 8 January 2016.
