shares and utilised to reduce the total carrying value of the loan. Net proceeds
payable to B Joffe, prior to any personal taxes being paid, was R12 340 852.17.
Clearance in terms of paragraph 3.66 was obtained from the Remuneration
committee Chairman of Bidvest.
All the dealings in securities were done on-market.
