FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND SALIENT DATES FOR CHANGE OF NAME


Shareholders are referred to the integrated report containing the notice of annual general meeting distributed
to shareholders on 30 September 2015 wherein the special resolution and the salient dates and times in
respect of the change of name of the company to Resilient REIT Limited (the “change of name”) were
published; as well as to the results of the annual general meeting released on SENS on 11 November 2015,
wherein shareholders were advised that the special resolution necessary for the change of name would be
lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”) for registration.

The company is pleased to advise that the special resolution necessary for the change of name has been
registered by the CIPC.

Accordingly, the salient dates and times in respect of the change of name are as follows:

Last day to trade in existing shares on the JSE prior to the change of name                             Friday, 27 November
Trading in the new name of Resilient REIT Limited on the JSE under the JSE share
code “RES” and ISIN ZAE000209557 commences on                                                           Monday, 30 November
Change of name record date                                                                               Friday, 4 December
Date of issue of new replacement share certificates, provided that the old share
certificates have been lodged by 12:00 on Friday, 27 November 2015, on or about (share
certificates received after this time will be posted within 5 business days of receipt)                  Monday, 7 December
CSDP and broker accounts of dematerialised shareholders to be updated on                                 Monday, 7 December

1.     The above dates and times are local times in South Africa.
2.     Share certificates in the name of Resilient Property Income Fund Limited may not be dematerialised or rematerialised after
       Friday, 27 November 2015.
