RESIGNATION OF BLUE LABEL CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr MV
Pamensky (“M ark”) has informed the Board of his intention to resign as the Chief Operating
Officer of Blue Label as well from the Blue Label Board and its sub-committees, with effect from
30 November 2015. Mark will continue with his duties until 29 February 2016.

Mark’s decision to resign, after much deliberation, is as a result of his wish to pursue personal
business interests.

Mark has made an outstanding contribution to Blue Label. The Board sincerely respects and
appreciates the unwavering commitment which Mark has demonstrated in the performance of his
duties. The Board, the Blue Label Executive Committee and Blue Label management would like to
thank Mark for his significant contribution to the business and we extend him our best wishes in
his future endeavors.
