CHANGES TO DIRECTORS FUNCTIONS

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

The board is pleased to announce that following the appointment of
Mpho Elizebeth Nkeli to the board with effect from 1 November
2015, Mpho has been appointed as a member of the social, ethics
and transformation committee and the remuneration and human
resources committee with effect from 12 November 2015. Joel
Netshitenzhe will step down as a member of the social, ethics and
transformation committee with effect from 12 November 2015 as he
agreed to serve on the committee as an interim measure until a new
board member was appointed.

The board looks forward to the contribution of Mpho and takes the
opportunity to thank Joel for his contribution to the social,
ethics and transformation committee.
