REDEMPTION OF AFRICAPLATINUM DEBENTURES

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 05 November 2015, redeemed 600 000 AfricaPlatinum
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 5 967.538 fine troy ounces of
Platinum.

After the redemption, there will be 13 100 000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 130 805.315 fine troy ounces of Platinum.
