RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 5 November 2015 (in terms of
the notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 30 September 2015), all of the resolutions tabled thereat
were passed by the requisite majority of Fortress shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-   total number of Fortress shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting: 932 502 210.
-   total number of Fortress shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting for purposes of ordinary
    resolution number 8: 882 621 319.
-   total number of Fortress shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting:. 840 308 426, being 90.11%
    of the total number of Fortress shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
