DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, as
amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification
in the prescribed form of the following movement in the securities of the Company:

Old Mutual Plc (Registration number: 3591559) (“Old Mutual”) has disposed of a
beneficial interest in the Company’s securities, such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by Old Mutual have decreased to 14.77% (previously
20.99%) of the total issued share capital of the Company.
