CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that with immediate effect:
-   Mr Mark William Gemmill has resigned as independent non-executive director of the Board;
-   Mr Kurawone Ndakashya Francis Chihota has resigned as independent non-executive director of the
    Board;
-   Ms Nonkululeko Immaculate Ntshona has resigned as independent non-executive director of the Board;
    and
-   Ms Anna Lucia Carleo-Novello has resigned as executive director of the Board.

The Board wishes to thank Mark, Kurawone, Nonkululeko and Anna for their contributions to the Company
and wishes them well in their future endeavours.

Putrop will immediately commence the process to appoint independent non-executive directors so as to
ensure that the Board and its sub-committees will continue to be constituted in accordance with the
Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, and the JSE Listings Requirements.
