NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting together with the summarised financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2015, was dispatched to shareholders today, 3 November 2015 and
contains no changes from the summarised provisional consolidated annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2015 which were released on SENS on 22 September 2015.

The company’s annual general meeting will be held at Conference Centre, Maxwell Office Park, Waterfall
City, on Wednesday, 2 December 2015 at 10h00.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
13 November 2015 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 20 November 2015.

The company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2015, will be available on Attacq’s website – www.attacq.co.za on or about 13 November 2015.
