JG Carinus has resigned as non-executive director from the board of
Distell Group Limited, at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held
on 28 October 2015 and with effect from 28 October 2015.


RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

MJ Botha, DJ Gallow, NT Moodley and K Pillay have resigned as
executive directors from the board of Distell Limited, with effect
from 02 November 2015.
