REDEMPTION OF AFRICAPALLADIUM DEBENTURES

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 30 October 2015, redeemed 1 000 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 9 936.019 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 68 900 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 688 574.175 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
