TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listing
Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to inform shareholders as soon as there is a reasonable
degree of certainty that the earnings of the company are
likely to vary by more than 20% compared to the previous
reporting period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company is
expecting basic loss per share and headline loss per
share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the
interim period ended 31 August 2015 to improve by 25%,
being a loss per share of 7.93 cents per share as
compared to those reported for the previous corresponding
period being a loss and headline loss of 10.62 cents per
share.
However, the Company is expecting it’s basic loss
attributable to ordinary shareholders for the interim
period ended 31 August 2015 to have increased negatively
at less than 20% than that for the interim period ended
31 August 2014.
The information in this updated trading statement has
neither been reviewed nor reported on by the Company’s
external auditors.
The financial results for the interim period ended 31
August 2015 are expected to be released on or about 15
November 2015.
