RESULTS OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Shareholders are referred to Trellidor’s abridged pre-listing statement dated 9 October 2015,
as well as the Company’s abridged pre-listing statement announced on SENS on the same
date, and are advised that the Company’s private placement closed 17:00 on Wednesday,
21 October 2015, as per the previously announced timetable.
Trellidor successfully raised R50 million through the issue of 8 333 334 new shares in the
Company and placed shares held by existing shareholders to the value of R214 million with
invited investors. The above placement of new and existing shares with invited investors
occurred at a price of R6.00 per share. Following the issue of new shares, the Company
shall have 108 340 118 shares in issue.
Subject to final approval by the JSE, Trellidor’s listing on the main board of the JSE is
expected to commence on Wednesday, 28 October 2015.
