Amendments to the trust deed of the Rebatona Educational Trust REUNERT LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 1913/004355/06) ISIN: ZAE000057428 Share code: RLO ("Reunert") AMENDMENTS TO THE TRUST DEED OF THE REBATONA EDUCATIONAL TRUST On 6 February 2007, Reunert’s shareholders approved a black economic empowerment transaction. As part of the implementation of this transaction, the Rebatona Educational Trust was formed. Due to the impact of the Amended Codes of Good Practice on Broad–Based Black Economic Empowerment, 2013, certain minor amendments were required to the trust deed of the Rebatona Educational Trust, in order to ensure that the trust is able to meet the original objectives of the transaction. The board also wished to focus the scope of potential beneficiaries of this trust on black female youth. Reunert’s board of directors, as well as its legal advisors, have confirmed that the amendments to the trust deed are not material and Reunert’s auditors have confirmed that the amendments will have no financial implications. On 15 October 2015 the JSE Limited issued a letter, confirming that the JSE Limited has no objection to the proposed amendments to the trust deed of the Rebatona Educational Trust being effected, without referring the matter to shareholders. Shareholders are hereby advised that these non-material amendments referred to in this announcement have been effected to the trust deed.
