Shareholders are advised that Resgen has posted a notice of General Meeting of the Shareholders
of Resgen, together with the proxy form, which will be held at 9.45am (Sydney time) or
immediately after the conclusion of the 2015 Annual General Meeting, whichever is the later, on
Thursday 26 November 2015 at Sofitel Wentworth Hotel, 61-101 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Any proxy votes for shareholders on the South African register must be received by Computershare
Investor Services Proprietary Limited, PO Box 61051, Marshalltown, 2107 no later than 14h00 on
Monday, 23 November 2015.

Resource Generation is developing the Boikarabelo coal mine in the Waterberg region of South
Africa, which accounts for 40% of the country’s remaining coal resources. There are probable
reserves of 744.8 million tonnes* of coal on 35% of the tenements under the company’s control
(refer ASX announcement dated 16 December 2010). Stage 1 of the mine development targets
saleable coal production of 6 million tonnes per annum.
