CHANGE OF THE COMPANY’S JSE SHARE CODE FROM “IHG” TO “IHL”


Investors are referred to IHGL’s pre-listing statement issued on Wednesday, 7 October 2015 and the results of the
private placement announcement released on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (“LuxSE”) website and SENS on
8 October 2015 and are advised that, with effect from the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 14 October 2015,
the company will trade under the JSE share code “IHL” and not “IHG”.

The company’s shares are currently listed on the Euro MTF Market of the LuxSE, which constitutes its primary
listing.
