2015 ANNUAL INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the 2015 Annual Integrated Report of Murray & Roberts for the
year ended 30 June 2015, which incorporates the annual financial statements and contains the
notice of annual general meeting, has been distributed to shareholders today, Wednesday,
7 October 2015. The record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive the
notice of annual general meeting is Friday, 25 September 2015. The full 2015 Annual Integrated
Report is also available to be viewed on the Company’s website (www.murrob.com).
The annual financial statements contain no changes or modifications to the audited provisional
report for the year ended 30 June 2015 released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
26 August 2015. The annual financial statements are audited by Deloitte & Touche, whose
report is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice is given that the 67th annual general meeting of Murray & Roberts will be held at the
registered office of the Company, Douglas Roberts Centre, 22 Skeen Boulevard, Bedfordview,
Johannesburg on Thursday, 5 November 2015 at 11:00.
The record date for shareholders to be registered in the register of the Company for purposes of
being entitled to attend, participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
30 October 2015 (“meeting record date”). Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be
registered in the Company’s register of shareholders on the meeting record date shall be Friday,
23 October 2015.
