In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, AfroCentric
hereby confirms that the Company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of
the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.


The AfroCentric Empowerment Trust has informed AfroCentric that it has disposed of
a beneficial interest in the Company reducing its shareholding from 5.85% to 2.24%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
