CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Greg Booyens has resigned as the Financial Director of Delta with immediate
effect in order to pursue new interests. Greg has agreed however to remain with Delta to ensure a smooth
handover of his responsibilities until the end of December 2015.

The board of directors (“the Board”) has embarked upon a process of appointing a suitable replacement and
expects to make an announcement in this regard in the near future.

The Board wishes to thank Greg for his contribution to the Company since 2012 and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
