RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In terms of paragraph 3.91 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that all the ordinary
resolutions and special resolutions, as set out in the notice
of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) save for Ordinary
Resolution 3.1 which was withdrawn at the AGM, were passed by
the   requisite  majority   of   shareholder   votes  cast   by
shareholders present or represented by proxy at the AGM held
on 1 October 2015 at 12 Culross Road, Bryanston, South Africa.

Altogether 80.65% of voteable shares in issue, being
2 637 053 320 shares, were represented at the AGM.
