SUSPENSION OF LISTING AND UPDATE ON ANNUAL REPORTING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 5 August 2015, where
shareholders were advised that the review of ZCI’s results for the year ended 31 March 2015
would be completed during September 2015 which would have enabled the Company to
finalise its annual financial statements by 30 September 2015.
Due to unexpected delays in the completion of the above mentioned review procedures,
specifically those relating to the determination of fair value of the fixed and intangible assets
held by the Company’s subsidiary, African Copper Plc, the release of the financial results has
been further delayed. Current estimates are that ZCI will be able to submit its integrated
annual report, including its consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2015 no later than 31 October 2015.
Any further developments in this regard will be announced accordingly and once the
Company has more certainty in terms of its financial results, a trading statement will be
released on SENS.
