Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
the option expiry on 30 September 2015.


The Put Strike Price exceeded the Final Reference Price on the Expiry Date and hence the Put Option expires in the
money. As a result thereof, the Holders’ Underlying Securities will be sold at the equivalent Put Strike Price per Share
and a cash amount of R16,750.00 per each ESPIBW’s held shall be settled through STRATE on 12 October 2015.
