NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Keaton’s Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2015, which incorporates the audited
financial statements for the year, was distributed to shareholders today, 30 September 2015.
The Integrated Annual Report is available on Keaton’s website at www.keatonenergy.co.za. The
Integrated Annual Report and audited financial statements contain no changes from the reviewed
provisional condensed consolidated group results published on SENS on 24 June 2015. The financial
statements were audited by the group’s auditors, KPMG Inc. Their unqualified report is incorporated in
the audited financial statements and is also available for inspection at the group’s registered office.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10h00 on Friday 30
October 2015 at Indigo 2, Ground Floor, The Forum, Wanderers Building, The Campus (Dimension
Data), 57 Sloane Street (corner Main Street), Bryanston to transact the business as stated in the Notice
of AGM, which is incorporated in the Integrated Annual Report. The record date for purposes of
determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in and vote at this AGM is 23 October 2015.
The last date to trade in order to be eligible to vote is 16 October 2015.
