BOARD CHANGE AND CHANGES IN EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Further to the announcement on the proposed disposal to Hollard of
the Regent Group (the “Transaction”), Jurie Strydom will with
immediate effect stand down as Chief Executive of the Regent Group.
Andy Tennick and Mari Janzen will be appointed as Acting Joint Chief
Executives of the Regent Group with immediate effect.

Jurie will remain a director of Imperial until the Imperial Annual
General Meeting on the 4th November, dealing primarily with matters
related to the Transaction.

Jurie joined Regent in January 2007 and was appointed its Chief
Executive in February 2012 and to the board of Imperial Holdings in
November 2013. Under his leadership Regent has grown from strength
to strength, culminating in the excellent results in the 2015
financial year. We thank him for his contribution to the Imperial
group and wish him every success with his future endeavours.
