(“Issuer”)

REDEMPTION OF NOTES

The Issuer implemented and executed a ZAR4,000,000,000 Residential 
Mortgage Backed Securities Programme under a programme memorandum 
issued by it on or about 20 December 2011 (“Programme Memorandum”).

Pursuant to Condition 7.3.1 of the Terms and Conditions set out in 
the Programme Memorandum, the Issuer hereby gives notice that the 
following notes will be redeemed on 19 October 2015 at the face 
value thereof:

  - the ZAR273,000,000 Class A1 Secured Floating Rate Notes
    under stock code AHF1A1;
  - ZAR13,200,000 Class B1 Secured Floating Rate Notes under
    stock code AHF1B1; and
  - ZAR13,800,000 Class C1 Secured Floating Rate Notes under
    stock code AHF1C1.

Books Closed from                     Friday, 9 October 2015
Payment Date                         Monday, 19 October 2015
