Index rebalance announcement


Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with clauses 3 and 5 of the BGreen ETF Supplemental
Deed, the quarterly index rebalancing and review of the portfolio has resulted in the following changes
to the Nedbank Green Index (a custom index calculated independently by Riscura Analytics) (“the
index”).


There are two exclusions from and no additions to the index constituent list, resulting in the
constituents and target weights as detailed in the table below:
