CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Krishni Pillay and Richard Botha have been appointed as independent non-
executive directors of StratCorp with effect from 18 September 2015. Krishni is a
business woman practicing as an attorney and conveyancer with more than 13
years’ legal and managerial experience. Richard is an entrepreneur and
businessman with several qualifications, including LLB degree. Richard has more
than 20 years’ experience in business management and development.

Shareholders are further advised that Henk Engelbrecht has tendered his resignation
as Group Financial Director (“GFD”) and executive director of StratCorp with effect
from 30 September 2015. The Board wants to thank Henk for his assistance and
contribution as GFD of StratCorp since 1 July 2014. The Company has commenced
the process to appoint a new GFD.

Shareholders will be advised of further developments as and when they occur .
