DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SOL SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
SASOL LIMITED (SOL) shares, the holders of SOLSTL share instalments will receive
a SASOL LIMITED (SOL) dividend per Instalment.

Gross Dividend 1150 cents
Dividend Withholding Tax Rate 15%
Net Dividend 977.5 cents
