DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES – (“SHFIHA”)


 Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the SHFIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Security (HOTEDs), would like to advise
 Holders that the HOTEDs are due to expire on Friday, 23 October 2015, and thus the instrument will be rolling into
 a new SHFIHB prior to the expiry of SHFIHA.

 Holders however will be entitled to the SHF dividend on the new instrument and a further announcement regarding
 the dividend will be issued once the new instrument is listed.
