Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 September 2015 (and using the
terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) in which shareholders were advised, inter alia, of the planned
publication of a Business Rescue Plan proposing, inter alia, the sale of the Sale Shares.

The joint business rescue practitioners of the Company, Messrs Dawie van der Merwe and John Evans
hereby advise all affected persons that the proposed Business Rescue Plan for ABIL has been published
and is available on ABIL’s website at http://abil.investoreports.com/investor-media/abil-business-rescue/.

The board of directors of ABIL (“board”) will meet in the near future to consider the next steps once the
business rescue is complete.
