DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE CFR DEPOSITORY RECEIPTS
INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for COMPAGNIE FIN RICHEMONT SA and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to COMPAGNIE FIN RICHEMONT SA (CFR) the Trustees
of the Depository Receipts Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 226.4 cents per
CFRNIG Depository Receipts instalment that is payable on Friday, 02 October 2015. The dividend is
subject to a SWISS tax of 35 percent. This results in a net dividend of 147.16 cents per Depository
Receipts instalment. South African residents are eligible to recover 20 per cent of the 35 percent
withholding tax levied on the CFR dividend. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend is Thursday, 17 September 2015. The Depository Receipts
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 18 September 2015. The record date will
be Friday, 25 September 2015.
