APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Nazrana Hawa has been appointed as company secretary of Spur Corporation
with effect from 9 September 2015. Ronel van Dijk, the Financial Director/Chief
Financial Officer of Spur Corporation, has until now fulfilled the role of company
secretary in addition to her other responsibilities.

An admitted attorney, Nazrana commenced articles at Bowman Gilfillan before
spending three years at a litigation practice. She joined Spur Corporation in 2011
as the group’s legal and compliance officer and assisted the financial director in
fulfilling the duties of company secretary.

The board has the utmost confidence in Nazrana’s ability to fulfil the role of
independent gatekeeper of governance and, as company secretary, assist the
board in fulfilling its mandate.
