UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2015
Rockcastle shareholders are referred to the final dividend declaration announced on Monday, 24 August 2015
and the notice to shareholders announced on Thursday, 27 August 2015 and are advised that shareholders on the
South African share register will receive their cash dividend in South African Rands, converted from US dollars
at an exchange rate of USD1.00:ZAR13.65380. Accordingly, the cash dividend of 4.42 US$ cents per share will
be equal to 60.34980 ZAR cents per share.
Shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividend instead of the cash dividend will be entitled to 2.096 new
Rockcastle shares for every 100 Rockcastle shares held by the shareholder at the record date, being Friday,
25 September 2015.
The information provided in this paragraph is only of direct application to shareholders on the South African
share register. The gross local dividend amount is 60.34980 ZAR cents per share for shareholders exempt from
paying South African dividends tax. The net local dividend amount is 51.29733 ZAR cents per share for
shareholders liable to pay dividends tax at the rate of 15%.
There is no withholding tax payable in Mauritius.
The salient dates and times announced on Thursday, 27 August 2015 remain unchanged.
Rockcastle is listed on the Official List of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the main board of the JSE
Limited.
