CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, the Company hereby advises that Mr. Peter Richie Barrable, the
Company Secretary, has been deemed unable to continue to fulfil his position due to
ill health and as such the Board of Directors has resolved to replace him.

The board of directors of Purple Group would like to thank Mr. Barrable for his
contribution over the past years and wishes him a speedy recovery.

Trifecta Capital Services (Pty) Ltd t/a Trifecta Statutory and Governance Services has
been appointed to replace Mr Barrable as Company Secretary and their appointment
will be effective from 01 September 2015.
