TRADING STATEMENT – FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2015

The Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) require Choppies Enterprises Limited
to announce, through the BSE and the press, any circumstances or events that have, or are likely to
have, a material bearing related to the financial results of the company for a period to be reported upon
next.

The Board of Choppies Enterprises Limited hereby announces that the Company’s results for the year
ended 30 June 2015 will be significantly better than those reported for the year ended 30 June 2014.

In view of the above, shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when trading in the
Company’s securities until such time as a detailed announcement is made. Detailed results for the year
ended 30 June 2015 are expected to be released on or about 30 September 2015.
