CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Appointment of a Financial Director

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Eshaan Singh has been appointed as Financial Director to the board of Sable, on a
part-time basis with effect from 31 August 2015.

Eshaan holds a BCompt degree from the University of South Africa and has worked at various audit
and securities firms including Citi Bank group, Deutsche Securities South Africa, Glass Tucker and
Venter and STA Travel International Limited in the UK. Eshaan currently holds the position of
Financial Manager – Noah Capital.

The board of directors welcomes Eshaan and looks forward to his contribution to the company.

Resignation of Non- Executive Director

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Botha Schabort has resigned as a Non- Executive Director to the board of Sable, with
effect from 31 August 2015.

The board of directors thanks Botha for his contribution to the company.
