Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements were posted to shareholders on 31
August 2015 and contain no changes to the audited condensed financial results for the year

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 10:00 on
Friday, 16 October 2015 in the boardroom of the company at Stonemill Office Park, 3 Kiepersol
