In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Calgro M3
Developments Limited Domestic Medium-term Note Programme dated 25
August 2008, investors are herewith advised of the partial
capital redemption of CGR13 effective 28th August 2015.

The partial redemption of the notes is due to the fact that the
Issuer will be repurchasing the Redemption Portion of the Notes.
