In terms of the Pricing Supplement read with the Common Terms Document
and relevant Conditions Annexure, the listing of TOPSKE lapsed
automatically when the FTSE / JSE Top 40 Index ("the
Index") was less than or equal to the Knockout Level of 43,000 index
points. The Index was less than or equal to this Knockout Level of
43,000 index points on 24 August 2015.

Warrantholders are accordingly no longer able to trade the above
Knockout Warrants.
