The independent trustee of the SABMiller plc Employees Share Purchase Plan Trust notified the
Company on 17 August 2015 that Mr John Davidson, a PDMR, had on the same day acquired 1
ordinary share of US$0.10 each in the Company at a price of £32.8525. Mr Davidson acquired the
share following automatic reinvestment of a cash dividend as required under the SABMiller plc
Employee Share Purchase Plan. The transaction took place in London.
