CHANGE OF RELEASE DATE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT


Ascension shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 23 July 2015, 30 July 2015 and
13 August 2015 wherein shareholders were advised that Ascension’s condensed reviewed consolidated financial
results for the year ended 30 June 2015 would be released on SENS on Monday, 17 August 2015.

Shareholders are now advised that Ascension’s condensed reviewed consolidated financial results for the year
ended 30 June 2015 will be released on SENS on Tuesday, 18 August 2015.
